Game studio & esports agency · Shoreditch, London

We build worlds worth queueing for.

TitanSpinProtocol is a Shoreditch game studio and esports agency shipping multiplayer systems, live-ops economies, and championship-grade teams — from prototype to launch day.

The line so far

A studio built one station at a time.

From a two-desk room above a Rivington Street coffee bar to a 34-person studio, we have shipped for indie darlings, mobile publishers, and Premier-tier esports orgs across the UK and EU.

  1. 2016

First stop — the arch on Rivington

Founded by two ex-console engineers with a single contract: a co-op roguelike that shipped to 40k wishlists in its first week.

  2. 2019

    Live-ops interchange

Built our retention practice, running seasonal events and battle-pass economies for three mobile titles totalling 6M monthly players.

  3. 2022

    Esports junction opens

Launched the competitive division, managing rosters, bootcamps, and broadcast for two UK franchises across Valorant and Rocket League.

  4. 2025

    Full network live

Now a 34-person studio spanning design, netcode, art, and player operations, running a dedicated playtest lab in EC2A.

What partners say after launch.

A few words from the studios and orgs we have shipped alongside.

"Their live-ops team took our retention from a leaky funnel to a Day-30 of 22%. The weekly cohort reviews alone paid for the retainer."

PM

Priya M.

Head of Product, mobile publisher — Manchester

"The netcode rebuild dropped our average match latency below 50ms across EU. Rage-quits fell off a cliff and reviews climbed."

DO

Daniel O.

Technical Director, indie studio — Brighton

"They ran our Valorant bootcamp end to end — housing, coaching, broadcast. We finished the split top four for the first time."

SR

Sofia R.

General Manager, esports org — London

"The two-week design sprint saved us months. We walked away with a slice our investors could actually play."

MT

Marcus T.

Founder, unannounced studio — Bristol

"Their playtest lab in Shoreditch found the onboarding wall we had been arguing about for a year in a single afternoon."

EK

Elise K.

Creative Lead, publisher — Leeds

"Community numbers doubled after they rebuilt our Discord and creator programme. Players actually stick around between patches now."

TH

Tom H.

Community Director, PC studio — Glasgow
